We live in a rancher on 1.5 acres in a safe, rural village 45 minutes north of Victoria. Nearby are beaches, vineyards, hiking trails, ferries to Vancouver and the Gulf Islands. There is a very nice golf course only minutes down the road. Our home is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable.
