House located 10 minutes outside of town on 12 acres. One visible neighbor. Located on a dead end street. About 1 hour from Whitewater ski area and 45 minutes from Red mountain resort. Small creek just across the road suitable for swimming. Excellent mountain biking in the area. Lots of nothing but mountain wilderness just outside the door. Short drive to many lakes. Columbia river, Kootenay river confluence 10 minutes away with excellent fishing. 8-9 golf courses within one hour. Whitewater kayaking on the Slocan river within 20 minutes.
