3 bedrooms on the main floor, plus an additional bedroom and bathroom in the newly renovated basement.
South facing private backyard, new deck and double garage.
Very well equipped sunny Tuscan style kitchen. Fireplace downstairs in an entertainment room.
Child and pet friendly.

Two professional adults, with two very well-behaved children (ages 3 and 5), plus an elderly black lab dog. All of our family resides in Victoria, so we will be spending a fair bit of time visiting, but would like our own space for the duration of our stay - two to three weeks aprox. We are flexible on dates within July 2013.
