Our apartment is in the centre of Burnaby, close to transit and daily amenities. We're across the street from the city's largest park, and a 20-minute walk to BC's largest shopping mall. The North Shore mountains, including ski hills, are a 30-minute drive away. The bus and rapid transit are a 5 minute walk or less. Our exposure faces west, away from the busy street.
The apartment is a large (78 sq m./850sq ft) 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It has a very large master bedroom and a second bedroom large enough for two children. The living room dining room is comfortable and large. It has a galley style kitchen; while not large, it is fully equipped to cook any meal.
We have two children, aged 2 and 3 years old. Tanya is a teacher and André is a business analyst. We are limited to school holidays and are looking to go to France in Summer 2012.
