The appartment in the groundfloor got 1 dobleroom and a big livingroom with sofas , Sat-Tv,
a big kitchen with dishwasher (coffeemachine,toaster, oven, dishes,etc. ) ,
a big sitting -corner where you can sit all together ,a terraze, bathroom with 2 showers and a seperate toilette
The appartment in the first floor got 3 Doblerooms,one with extra bed,
a big bathroom, seperate WC, kitchen-salon (coffeemachine,toaster, oven, dishwasher ,etc. ) with TV and a big balcon.
The apartment in the second floor got 3 doblerooms each one with a shower ,
also a big balcon and separate WC
In the celler is a big freezer to use and for the washingmachine and the dryer we charge a little extra money .
Also you may use the parking place in front the house and the garden with barbacoa and furnitures ,
opposite of our house there is a public swimmingpool (heated 24 degrees) and this is free for our guests ,
also Volleyball-and Teniscourt

• very closed to us (5 km) there is a Adventurparc ,called Wildpark Ferleiten with real animals www.wildpark-ferleiten.at/
• There are much more adventureparcs and waterparcs all around here specially for kids
