We live in an old, nice and safe, good-living area of VIENNA, 15 minutes to the center district with public transportation. Streetcar stop 2 min walk. Nearby you find shops, restaurants, playgrounds, historic parks and public swimming-pool. The district is called Währing and is number 18 out of 23 districts in Vienna.
The apartment has 85 square meters. There are 2 bedrooms sleeping four, living room with sofa and a big dining table, kitchen, bath and toilet. It is suitable for 4 to 5 persons
The technical equipment: central heating, gas stove, dish washer, bath with tub and washing machine. There are a big and a small hi-fi tower, and fast internet conection.
A tiled stove gives the living room a cosy atmosphere in winter and warms up a wall in the bedroom where you can lean on. Wood floors and high ceilings give a nice surrounding for my mixed interior, with old pieces and new designer stuff and a lot between.
