A beautiful family home opposite Lake Jualbup in leafy and sought after Shenton Park. Walk to the City, River, Kings Park and trendy Subiaco cafe strip/designer shops. Cottesloe and City Beaches just 10 minutes drive away. Cycle the Swan River and stop for coffee in beautiful South Perth or take the ferry over. Perth is a great destination and our home has all the modern conveniences including a large games room with full size pool/snooker table, 8 seater spa and a small gym with weights/various equipment. It is a large, very comfortable and architecturally designed home to capture our fabulous climate with 3 balconies to enjoy the views. We also have a friendly village with mini-supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, fine dining, antique shops, doctor, beauty salon, deli, post office, hairdressers and others about a minute's walk away. In case of emergency, the hospital is about a five minute walk.

We will be away on our family holiday from 8 December 2012 to 29 January 2013. Please email me if you are interested in this time. A simultaneous exchange is not necessary although if it turns out, we will be in Hong Kong and South Africa. We are flexible on dates for exchange - happy for you to have the house the whole or part of the time.
