My house in a seaside suburb of Brisbane the capital of state of Queensland,Australia.

It is only about 100 m from the beach .The climte here is subtropical ie almost endless summer.So why stay there in miserable winter when you can enjoy warm happy days in the sun.

House is olde still being renovated but confortable . It has nice outdoor area and tropical garden.
