This is a 3 bedroom Brick house, it has central heating and a single lock up garage, it is in a new area 55klms east of Melbourne, lovely neighbours. we are 45 mins from the beach, from the mountains (baw baw which has good x-country and downhill skiing in winter) we are 5 mins from the grocery store and public transport. will consider car swap as well
