The formal dining room has a large table with 6 chairs and a large buffet.
A telephone is available for local calls - phone cards can be used for longer distance calls. Internet access with Sype will keep you in contact with family at home during your stay.
KITCHEN.
Overlooking the breakfast area and the living room, the fully equipped kitchen includes - Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator / freezer,toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal with no need to do the washing up afterwards !
BREAKFAST AREA.
Situated nest to the kitchen with views to the garden and patio through full-length windows, the breakfast area can comfortably accommodate four people and is perfect for informal dining.
MASTER BEDROOM.
At the front of the house, the master bedroom has a Queen size waterbed with wooden headboard, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock / radio 2 built-in closets provides ample additional storage space.
The En Suite Bathroom, with power shower, is smartly fitted out with a fan and ceiling heater.
BEDROOMS 2 and 3.
Both Double bedded, each with matching headboards, drawer units, bedside tables, reading lamps, closets in each room provide ample additional storage.
Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the Second Bathroom is tastefully decorated and has both shower and bath facilities.
GARAGE.
Accessible internally, via the breakfast area, the Garage is at you disposal for private parking. There is ample parking in front of the house.
LAUNDRY AREA.
Located next to the kitchen are laundry facilities including, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, outdoor clothes line is just outside the laundry door.

Conveniently located near Anzac Highway, (just 20 mins from the city centre), in the picturesque sub-division of Novar Gardens
The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, whilst still being close to all the major attractions of Adelaide and the Wine areas
Shops, supermarkets ( local supermarket 2 mins walk ) and restaurants are all close-by and it is only a short ride to the bustling areas of Glenelg where there are many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who like a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable.
We are in our 50's and enjoy travel, good food and wine, bike riding and camping
