Exchange Zones

We live in a quiet newly established estate in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are in a 2 storey house down a long street which overlooks a park. The estate has about 5 parks throughout it and is a nice safe place for kids to play. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs with a playroom and a bathroom for the girls. Our master room is upstairs with a balcony off it and a large ensuite with a double shower. Downstairs is a large open plan style with a formal lounge and dining a tiled family room off the modern, spacious kitchen. There is the laundry and double lockup garage attached also. Another bathroom is downstairs. Greg has built a fabulous enclosed deck off the family room. It has bistro blinds to make it an extra room where all the family love spending time. There is a yard to play in with a timber cubbyhouse, though the girls prefer to play at the park of ride their bikes on the street. We are very happy here and there's heaps of space for us all.
