Ours is a small,very cofortable house. Master bedroom opposite the only bathroom. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with single. Kitchen dining room and lounge area all modest. Reverse cycle airconditioning plus fireplace for winter. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The backyard overlooks the local 18 hole golf course. Nearby attractions are Mt Buller one of Australia's best ski resorts (45 mins drive) which is also a popular destination in summer for walking and mountain bike enthusiasts. The King Valley ( a wine district), the Ovens and Kiewa valleys featuring towns , like Bright, Mt Beauty, and further afield to the very lovely Beechworth.
Lake Eilden is also nearby for fishing and boating. Millawa further on from the King Valley has a cheese factory, winery and mustard facory. There are many good cafe scattered throughout.
