Our new, easy care, two storey home, is an ideal holiday destination. It is only 5 kms to Perth city, 15 mins by car to the beaches for which Western Australia is famous and a short walk to public transport. The outside patio area, which is a great place to enjoy a Sunday brunch or evening meal, has a BBQ and dining area. The patio is covered by a roll away shade awning that can reveal the stars on summer nights or allow the sun to flood the indoor living areas in winter. Downstairs has a study, master bedroom with ensuite, laundry, and a large kitchen/dining/living area. The patio joins on to this living area. Upstairs has a second living area, a balcony with city views, two large bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. There are 3 different shopping precincts nearby, each a ten minute walk. These include shopping and entertaining facilities like multi cultural restaurants, cafes, Aussie pubs, and a cinema. We are close to parks, lakes and an aquatic centre.
Language of communication: English, Spanish, and some Italian
We are looking for short stays in Mexico and Central America between July 19 and November 4, 2010.
