This is a 12 year old very comfortable sunny, airy and well equipped 2 level house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms situated on the East coast of Australia in the village of Kendall, NSW. It really is a beautiful area of Australia and it is called the NSW Mid-North Coast.
The lower level has one bedroom with a double bed and a living area as well as bathroom, kitchen/dining and laundry. There is also a double sofa-bed downstairs in the living area. The upper level has one main bedroom with a queen size bed, quite a large living area and a bathroom. Plenty of storage. A single garage is available. Sweeping views across valleys and over forests to the hills. Close to surfing beaches, lakes, river, State Forests, National Parks.
The area is a tourist area and is close to a large regional town called Port Macquarie with all facilities. This area has the most temperate climate in Australia. Main north-south highway from Sydney to Brisbane is just 2k away. Too many sports in the area to list here but many water sports of course. Kendall is a friendly village and fairly small but there are many activities going on in the village. The house is located in the middle of the village.
Large supermarket and other shops just 4k away. Banks, shops, medical facilities, garages, cinema, restaurants etc are all within 10k.
I have broadband ADSL2 connected and it is possible that this could remain connected during your stay.
VEHICLE/CAR we have a VW Golf car that could be used during your stay also on an exchange basis. If you are interested in a vehicle exchange I would have to check out my insurance company requirements
Ideally, we are looking for a long-term exchange of 3 to 6 months during 2012/2013 but we are prepared to look at longer exchanges too, if available. But please let us know what you have available as we can be flexible, both with the time of the year and the duration of the stay.
We don't have to live in a house, a flat or an apartment would also work well.
