Our home is in the Sydney Northern Beaches suburb of Bilgola. The house comprises of four bedrooms(main with ensuite), two bathrooms, lounge room, family/dining room, large rumpus room, new kitchen, laundry and double garage with internal access. There is a full length entertaining deck off of which is a solar heated swimming pool. From the deck and upper bedrooms the view extends over a small valley to Newport beach and the ocean beyond. On the lower level there is a child friendly yard with cubby,swings and separate courtyard. More photos are available upon request. Within a few minutes drive are the surf beaches of Bilgola and Newport and the villages of Avalon and Newport. On the other side of the peninsula is Sydney's famous Pittwater waterway. Within 10 minutes drive are many more surfing beaches, four quality golf courses, numerous restaurants, boating facilities and many beautiful parks. Sydney CBD is 45 minutes by car or there is a bus service a two minute walk from the front door. Exchanges can be non-simultaneous.
