Our home is a 140 year old cottage located in historic Battery Point. Modern fit out yet retaining old world charm. Mountain views with easy access to cafes, bars and restaurants. It is a short walk from Battery Point to the wharves where ferry access is available to MONA; the largest privately owned art museum in the southern hemisphere. Mt Wellington is on your doorstep which offers a plethora of activities such as mountain biking, bush walking, running and rock climbing. The Derwent river is a two minute walk away offering all manner of aquatic activities.
