This is a modern two bedroom apartment with sea views. It is 10 minutes drive from town but only 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach. The apartment blocks have a pool and tennis court. It is a holiday home but is fully stocked with bedding/towels/crockery etc. We will also make a surfboard, surfski and some bikes available if you wish. A car exchange could also be organised, we have a four wheel drive which will enable you to explore further afield, we will not need a car in London.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with sea views, the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge. The balcony gives views over the tennis court to the sea. The kitchen has a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Off the living area is a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, shower and sink.
As the apartment is adjacent to the bush and beaches there are many walks within easy reach. Don't be surprised to come across a Kangaroo or rock wallaby. The South Coast of New South Wales is famous for its beautiful beaches, wildlife and sea life. You will see dophins almost every day off the beach that is within 2 minutes walk at the end of the cul de sac in which the apartments are located. Batemans Bay is situated on what is known as "The Nature Coast". There are three golf courses within 20 minutes drive (one is less than 5 minutes away). Batemans Bay itself is a tourist town with three large supermarkets, an open air olympic size swimming pool, mini golf and a multitude of restaurants and cafes overlooking the water. The local supermarket is 10 minutes walk along the beach
