Balmain is a little village set on a peninsula giving you a bit of neighborhood charm that's only minutes from the city of Sydney. The house is a two floor terrace house built in 1878 - heritage listed, but with all the mod cons. Accessible by car, bus or the most gorgeous way is probably by ferry from Circular Quay (the Opera House). Three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, along with a verandah. Downstairs, the living room, kitchen, laundry, also, a seperate dining area and water closet. The swap would include use of our car as well, we drive a new Citroen C4 Automatic.
