8 year old apartment a security building in Balmain, the inner West of Sydney, sunny balcony looking over the water at the CBD. The bus line is v close with good bus cervice to the centre of the city. However we could include in the swap BMW convertible garaged downstairs (only for manual (stick shift) licenced drivers!). Main bedroom has waterbed, second bedroom has double on stilts with office area below. Larger bathroom has a bath. Kitchen is granite. Sydney is on a harbour and very beautiful, and the surrounds also are lovely, with great weather. The complex has a large pool in the garden. 7 mins walk to the Balmain village, a very interesting area set not far from the ferry to the city under the Harbour Bridge. Some areas of Balmain are very old and it has much character.
