We have commenced a renovation to our home to make it even better and bigger! We are adding a second storey to the house, this will include a parent's retreat, complete with an en suite and walk in robes. Downstairs the deck and entertaining area is being extended so it is undercover and all-weather. The exterior of the home is being painted as well as extensive tropical plants planted throughout the garden. It has already started and is looking great.

We LOVE living here. I went for a run today in our local area and was reminded of how beautiful our local surrounds are. Waterways, boats, ocean....Amazing. This is an area of Sydney that is popular for overseas people to come and holiday in. From our home we can walk into the village to cafes, the cinema, stores, supermarket, golf course, the beach, tennis courts, yoga and more.
We did a home exchange to Canada in January 2010 and both parties were so happy, both with the accommodation, the location, the help we gave each other in regard to information and logisitcs. We are happy to provide references.
