Set on 5 acres with 2 acres of vineyards 4 bathroom 3 bedrooms property is beatutifully furnished with a french style all bedrooms have queen beds all modern convenience situated in the Hunter Valley the oldest vineyard area in Australia
The House is 11 years old well established gardens /dam close to famous restuarants . The Hunter Valley does have a regional airport that you could fly from Sydney top Newcastle then it is a 35 minute car ride.
The house has a games room pool table .
Verandahs all around the house to cathc the sun and the summer breezes.
Any one who has to come to my house just loves it and wants to come back so I think that is a good example of who ever came would enjoy on ahot day it is refreshing to have a quick swim in the pool.
