Located in Colegiales, a small, quiet and safe neighbourhood within walking distance of Palermo Hollywood and the ‘Soho’ district of Buenos Aires, this comfortable guest house is run personally by Claudine, a Belgian who specializes in hospitality management, and her husband Juan, who is an architect and art historian.
The house was built in 1903 and completely renovated in 2001, preserving its original character and tastefully combining the old and the new. The lovely sun patio, full of plants and flowers, is a privileged place to have breakfast or dinner in the open air. However, because of its many staircases, we regret that the house is not suitable for disabled people.
Three guest rooms only on the upper floor:
- A single and a double bedroom with 2 twin beds share a full bathroom;
- A suite with a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, a small gymnasium and TV.
Each room has individual air conditioning (hot/cold), central heating and large wardrobes. Hot water 24/24. Smoking is not allowed in bedrooms and in some areas of the house. We are sorry, pets are not welcome.
