It's centrally located, next to a beautiful park and close to the subway station, at ground level. It's a one room open space, divided in two main areas. Cieling is very tall, as all the windows. In general the house is clean and confortable for two people, even if it's not very large. Next to the house you'll find everything from a bar to a farmacy, grocery, wine cellar, and a handy subway station, all at sight distance. Outside the house runs a local canal, which goes trough the big park nearby(30 mt from the house). The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. The house also has broadband flat internet connection, music and dvd's, a fax-copy machine, a professional piano keyboard, air conditioning, expresso coffe machine. All animals are welcome. We are sure you will enjoy your stay.

We are a young couple living near Milan (the property listed is our second home), we love nature and outdoors. We are very easy going and peaceful, and we love animals. Besides our regular jobs, Alessia is semi-pro photographer and i like to play jazz piano. We are looking for a nice spot to move to so what better than visting trough home exchange? we are not messy and we keep our house tidy so that's the way we will trat your home as well. We like to travel around very much, often on the road, and to quiet and natural places. We spend much time working, but we leave town as soon as we have some spare time, just to take a walk or find a relaxing spot to rest, have a pic-nic, and take some pictures. We adapt well to any environment, from the wooden cabin to the luxury home, as of course we better feel at home in the....wooden cabin, maybe in front of a fireplace or wandering around in the nearby woods.
